OBAS is a hair salon in Atlanta that prides itself in a quality experience for our clients while making you feel at home. We value honesty and transparency with anyone that sits in our chair. We welcome anyone looking for positive vibes, a safe place and great hair.
Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice you will be charged 50% of the service amount that was booked. We also understand that accidents and emergencies may occur that prevent a 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling. We ask that you reach out to us as each client is given 1 grace appointment per year.
Late or No-Shows:
We ask that if you are running late please reach out to us via text or call. If you are more than 15 mins late we may have to reschedule your appointment if the service can not be completed in the remaining time frame. If after 15 mins and we have not heard from you the appointment will be considered a no-show. Once all attempts to contact you are made and we receive no response the appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service amount.
