As a busy mum of three boys.. juggling between wo r k,school run and homemaking. I barely have time to eat and when Ido it.. i end up eating junks or carbs, thereby hurting my body,, so I began a weight loss journey in 2017, eating lowcarb and mostly practicing intermediate fasting, and with that I lost 10lbs in 3 weeks without going to the gym just disciplining myself. Ever since then I have come to love the way I look and feel so proud of my achievement. Most importantly. All sicknesses gone. So I've developed a passion of teaching busy mums like me how to loose weight in a healthy way without going to the gym. ✌💁
