We are a group of Yoga Educators and fitness teachers who lead classes throughout the GTA.
We are passionate about educating others on how to live and move their bodies as a vital component to their overall wellness.

We specialize in hosting 200hr Yoga Teacher Training programs at local studios.

We are proud to hold the municipal contract with the Town of Georgina offering affordable yoga and fitness classes throughout keswick, Sutton and Pefferlaw area.

Our next Yoga Teacher Training will be in Keswick January 2021.
