I'm Nat.
I discovered yoga during an emotional time in my life, practicing at home to help myself relax.

Growing up and living in a town of 1200 it was difficult to participate in public yoga classes, but I found one - in the basement of a local community hall.

Every Tuesday my love for yoga grew and I knew I had to share that love.

After moving to Fort McMurray in 2017, I decided to study for my 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training through Oranj Fitness.

Now, I'm so excited to share my love for yoga to help you discover what yoga means to you.
