About our academy

Formerly Lockdown Combat Club, Oso Jiu Jitsu has earned a reputation as hard nose competitors in both Brazilian  Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in Central New York. Now part of the Alpha Unit Jiu Jitsu Family under Professor Matthew Ratchford,  the team continues to provide quality instruction for children and adults in a clean, family friendly and professional environment.
