ADHERE TO COVID GUIDELINES

It’s so Important to keep you safe!

Even at such an intimate time we must remain safe. I follow all CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19. This will no way take away from the Serene experience you will embrace. Keeping us all safe will provide an even more safe environment.

Let’s hear from you

Advocacy and education is so critical for new moms and dads. With Sabrina by our side throughout the pregnancy and delivery, we felt empowered. We created a birth plan with Sabrina which helped provide us with guidance before we entered the delivery room (with the understanding that things can change.)

I went into labor at home around midnight and gave Sabrina a call as we headed to the hospital. I arrived at the hospital with high blood pressure, and I was given a magnesium drip to get to safe levels. Without understanding "why?," my contractions slowed down significantly. Sabrina informed me that the magnesium was the cause. With this information, I was able to advocate for myself and request to be taken off the drip in the hopes that my contractions would start back naturally. As labor progressed, so did the severity of the contractions. There was a delay in receiving an epidural when I was ready for it, and she was able to show Stephen techniques to reduce the contraction pain as we waited for the anesthesiologist. These are just two examples (of many) of unforeseen things that we were so grateful to have Sabrina by our side.

My husband and I were only allowed one support person and we made the right decision by having Sabrina there. Not only did she support me, but she was there for my husband and was my voice when I could no longer speak during labor. If we decide to have another baby in the future, we will be asking her to be by our side again.

Let’s hear from you 🌻

My name is Dede and I have two little boys. Sabrina helped me to deliver my second son.
My son came 3 weeks early unexpectedly and Sabrina was not able to be there in person. But with my husband’s help, she was able to be there and guide me through the whole process.
She told my husband how to put me in positions that would help me be more comfortable. She spoke to us in a calming soothing voice. She worked with the nurses by way of my husband to make me as comfortable.
Lucky for me, pushing was fast, we did this part without her, but as soon it was over, we back video chatting to meet the newest addition to my family.

Sabrina continued to help us with our aftercare. Knowing that birthing is exhausting, Sabrina texted and called us through the night make sure I checked on myself and told me what to look out for. This helped us a lot, because my husband sleeps like a log and it was great to have another person to be there with me throughout the night.

She is kind, caring, nurturing and because she has children, she knows understands the anxiety we feel when bringing children in this world. She will be a part of my world forever.

Twins Sebastian & Liam 💙💙

Hello 👋🏻
Just wanted to send a quick Thank you text.
Thank you for being there for me during some rough times of pregnancy and beginning stages of twin motherhood.

I have rough days that no one knows about bc I try my very best to find A-Z solutions before I ask for help. And
…I did reach out and you answered.

And for that I am eternally grateful.

This Thanksgiving I am trying to be more present and thank those who showed up when I needed them the most.

Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you,

Thank you for your kind heart.
Thank you for putting your life aside for a brief moment and having space for me.

I am beyond grateful to have you in my life.
I hope this Thanksgiving you truly understand just how magical you are to me.

With Love,
Karol
