My name is Dianne Mead and my son is Sam Mead.

I AM A SINGLE PARENT
I became a single parent when my son was 2 1/2 years, he's now 22.

I HAVE LIVED THE DISADVANTAGE AND DEPRIVATION
As a white child born out of wedlock in the 60's, placed in a home for infants at 4 years of age, separated from a sibling, not having my father involved in my life while he raised another family, deprived of access and opportunity to health and education parenting was a responsibility I took and take seriously.

SUFFERING BY THE HANDS OF OTHERS
Although a professional I suffered untold loss and damages through negligent financial advice which placed myself and my infant son as victims in a Ponzi Scheme and its consequences to follow.

STRIPPED NAKED
Ultimately I lost everything I had ever worked for.

I had not had the benefit of what is often now referenced as white privilege.

A LIFETIME OF HARD WORK TO OVERCOME DISADVANTAGE
I worked hard to exist from as far back as I recall with the predicate of supporting those less able enshrined with the burden of responsibility for siblings. Values branded on me by my mother.

Repercussions of negligent financial advice however dominoed, fast mounted and this far head toward two decades.

OVERNIGHT DEVASTATION
Overcoming tragedies, obstacles and challenges to make a highly regarded and sought after career and reputation to ultimately lose everything including my identity, overnight.

Eventually stripped back to the poverty I knew too well as a child, I now starred in as parent.

To lose hopes and dreams

To have opportunities stolen

Deprived of adequate health care

Displaced

Subjected to harassment and abuse

Forced to litigate and self represent

All due to inaccessible remedy and inadequate support including but not limited to -

- Antiquated legislation
- Archaic legal fraternity culture
- Fraudulent legal industry activity
- Gravely deficient welfare systems
- Negligent and harmful financial services industry regulation
- Frustrated legal and judicial procedure
- Inadequate comprehensive health care awareness and practice

AIM
My aim has been to create a self sustainable Foundation, armed world wide.

Single parents parenting without partners is a world wide demographic.

Specifically designed to cater to single parents to enable parents and their children to parent and live with dignity and opportunities, without disadvantage.
