This is my absolute favorite CBD, it’s great to start with a smaller dose according to their dosage guidelines so I linked to the 7mg. I personally love the 17mg lemon flavor under my tounge at onset of anxiety or at night to help me sleep 💤 I found it worked best for me if I took it daily!
