Building resilience
Hi, my name is Pauline, and I am a Yoga teacher and Coach, helping people to overcome their limitations to reach their goals both on and off the mat finally.
I faced huge physical limitations due to a genetic disease that obliged me to move with mobility aids. I also had to deal with traumas, anxiety and toxic relationships. I felt weak and dependent.
But what I realised, from years of studying psychology, yoga and breathing to overcome my condition is that resilience is the ability to handle adversities and challenges while maintaining a stable healthy psychological and physical state.
Unlike other yoga teachers, I learned from overcoming my connective tissue disorder, coupled with a warrior mindset that refuses to accept limitations. My approach is based on a deep understanding of how much a role our fascia (connective tissue) breathing and mindfulness plays in this equilibrium and therefore resilience.
