Heyyy!! My name is Noel, I got married in October this past year, and have 2 fur babies named milo and journey. I have three degrees and work full-time as a Mental Health Counselor. I love what I do and am very passionate about helping others with their mental health struggles. I take pride in my commitment to ensure other people are happy and living to their fullest potential.

I started my Mary Kay business 7 months ago, because I wanted to save extra money for my wedding and loved Mary Kay's motto "Faith first, family second, career third". I was introduced to this business by my sales director, Ashley at a bridal shower and was super impressed by the way my skin felt after she came over and allowed me to test the skin care products!

My next goal is working towards having a baby and leaning into my leadership position to qualify for the DIQ car program! There are three different qualifications that you can earn. What would you do if all you have to do was waver whether you could take home cash or a car for the next 2 years of your life?

I look forward to my future as a stay at home mom with my family and determined to show my kids how to work hard for what you want in life. If my kids can see me running my own business and the benefits of helping other women feel empowered & happy within themselves, while also working full-time as a counselor doing telehealth, then that's all I can ask for. Mary Kay continues to help me step outside my comfort zone, grow personally, and gain more flexibility for my family. It goes farther than just the income. It has helped me feel more confident and grow my platform because I made relationships first.
