Perfectly imperfect

Let me tell you my reason:

I didn’t like the person that I’ve viewed in the mirror. I got lost somewhere along the way yet I knew I was in there somewhere. I tried too many attempts of getting healthy and finding the old me. I would fail and feel even worse. I was in spiral of hurting myself emotionally and physically.

I finally got to the point where I just turned it over to him, my God. I thank him daily for my journey and remind myself where I have been. Food is an addiction too !!

He has given me the tools and the knowledge that I needed. This system is not just a system for me it’s a journey of my life, a new chapter!!!
