- They really do care that their efforts are appreciated. 

Strategies:

The sales department:
When they talk to clients, let them focus on the one-on-one conversation.

The appliance builders:
Introverts feel most alive and energized when they're in environments that are less stimulating. So try not to put a lot extroverts who always like to talk to others around them.

The complaint department:
It will be hard for an introverted person to be at the complaint department since they need to hear a lot complaints from the customers everyday. You can also find an employee who get on well with that tired employee , so that person’s unhappiness can be shared by his or her friend and that person will feel better.

About Sensors:
- They will not rush to finish their work, instead, they will be careful and they focus on the details.
- They need some time to understand what is required and may ask a lot of questions.

Strategies:

The sales department:
You can give them bonus if they did well on their work.

The appliance builders:
Give them more time to work on a task.You're more likely to get great ideas and solutions from them this way.

The complaint department:
Do surveys and see how do they feel and what are their concerns.

- They tend to listen carefully when others are talking and wish others to do the same.
- They put the needs of others before their own needs, and they are kind to others. 

Strategies:

The sales department:
Reward the best salesmen with incremental vacation days. These employees are your superstars, so you can be confident they will get their work done as well as enjoy a few extra days of well-deserved time off with family and friends.

The appliance builders:
You can give them a cup of coffee, tell them to relax when they have work for a long time.

The complaint department:
Organize them to go hiking once a week to let them relax in the nature.

- Prefer clear expectations.
- Prefer concrete goals and deadlines.
- Don’t like to be interrupted when working.

Give clear expectations. Ensure that every employee under you is clear on what is expected of them and their role in the workplace.

Give them concrete goals and deadlines.

The complaint department:
Give them flexible schedule. Separate the work time into 3 or 4 shifts so the employees can choose the one that works with their lives at home.
