I started my business, Phoenix Rize Coaching, so that I could inspire other survivors of toxic relationships to continue healing so that they can fully thrive.

I’m passionate about bridging the gap between manifestation and healing so that the modern woman can absolutely call in their dream life- despite their past traumas.
