Where are you located, do you do non-Puerto Rico shoots? We currently live in Puerto Rico! All of our shoots serve Puerto Rico, Vieques, & Culebra. But we absolutely do non-Puerto Rico shoots! We’re both travelers at heart & are happy to travel to you. Keep in mind remote shoots have additional travel fees (including airfare & accommodation).

Do you give out RAW (unedited photos)? No we won’t. The editing is half of our art. We will absolutely deliver all of the photos you want with a sprinkle of magic from us.

How does payment work? We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The other 50% is due on the day of the shoot.

What if I cancel/reschedule my shoot date? If you’ve already booked your date with us, and for some reason need to cancel or reschedule your shoot the deposit is non-refundable. In order to book your new date, a second deposit of 30% will need to be paid if we are not given notice at least a week (7 days) in advance. Please understand we’re not trying to be sleazy. We do this because once your date is in our calendar, we’re counting on it. We’ve also most likely rejected other sessions for that same date.

What happens if the weather is “bad”? Unless there is a hurricane we’ll most likely suggest we embrace it. Crazy weather makes for breathtaking photos that are so much more dimensional.
