About 'Piantala'
How this project was born
Piantala Vegan Cuisine is an idea I've had in mind for a long time, slowly brought into life after the amazing experience running Cafe Freeariello with my husband in 2021.
It started out as a recipe Blog and it's now a registered Home Bakery in Spearwood - Perth - where I live with my beautiful family.
At Piantala's all creations are made using plant derived ingredients, and I like playing with Gluten Free flours too to get the right textures and results as good - if not better - as the mainstream products.
Sugar free and Nut free* options are available, with a focus on Natural alternatives.
Do you have to be Vegan to eat my Cakes? Not at all. The good news is Plant based Sweets are great for everyone and anyone with allergies like eggs and dairy, which are absolutely absent in my kitchen.
My promise is you'll ask for more and will feel light and delighted 🌿
