this is how I work
part possibility dealer.. part subconscious pattern interruptor
the women i work with don’t need another person telling them what they “should” do.
they’ve spent a lifetime doing what they were told. being who they learnt they should be. reading the room. keeping the peace. making themselves easy to accept.
they’re intelligent, self aware and capable.
they know they want more. sometimes they know exactly what that looks like. they might even know what they need to do to get there.
but when it comes to doing it,
change still feels scary as fuck.
they overthink the decision, wait for permission, talk themselves out of the opportunity or stay busy with anything that feels safer than being seen wanting more.
so i don’t focus on what you’re doing or not doing, or the story you’ve made it mean about you.
i get curious about what’s happening underneath all that noise.
what happens in your body before you have time to think.
the unconscious patterns.
the emotional responses.
the urge to explain yourself, look busy or check whether someone else thinks it’s a good idea.
what your system learnt about being accepted, disappointing someone or being seen trying.
the rules shaping what feels safe and what you believe is possible for you.
i bring together identity work, energetics, subconscious pattern interruption and a little magik.
my tools include emotional change technique, hypnosis, neuro linguistic programming, energetic alchemy integration method™ and grounded integration tools to anchor the work into your everyday life.
because my focus is what becomes possible when the thing you’ve been consciously trying to change is no longer being unconsciously pulled in the opposite direction.
and how that changes the way your everyday life feels.
so we dare to dream.
we get excited about the things that keep you awake at 3am, but you haven’t quite let yourself admit out loud.
we don’t let the dreams live in drafts.
you get to wake up in a life you love, not one you dream of blowing up just to feel something real.
to catch yourself thinking, “fuck. this is really happening.”
because the thing you were brave enough to want out loud is now just your life.
more room to want what you want.
more permission to explore it.
more capacity to act on it.
more you.
not a better you.
