Reverend Willie E. Gause, Jr. is a native of Tabor City, NC. who was reared in Durham, NC. He is the son of the late Willie E. Gause, Sr. And Elder Thelma M. Gause. He is a decorated veteran of the United States Army who currently works as a Lead School Security Officer and Instructor for the Newport News Public Schools System. In addition, he also is a certificated Gang specialist with the Virginia Gang Investigators Association.

Rev. Gause is a powerful messenger of God who is grateful and humbled to be used by God for proclamation of his holy word. He is now serving as the Pastor of Philippi Missionary Baptist Church in Hampton, Va. He also holds the position of Third Vice Moderator of the Tidewater Peninsula Baptist Association.

Rev. Gause holds a Degree in Biblical Studies from Providence Bible College and Theological Seminary in Norfolk, VA. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity Degree from the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA.

As a renowned coach and powerful motivational speaker Coach G, as he is better known, has impacted many lives. As a former high school boys Varsity Basketball coach at Warwick High School in Newport News, Va and Kecoughtan High School in Hampton, VA, he accumulated over 125 career victories while becoming a two time Coach of the Year recipient. At Kecoughtan was a Brand Jordan Sponsored Program . He is also the Founder of 757 Coaches for Change, a non- profit organization with the goal of educating, inspiring, and empowering student athletes to maximize their potential in sports as well as in life.

Through all his many accomplishments Rev. Gause is most proud to be a father. He has been blessed by God with three children Alissa, Leilani, and Zayden. His personal belief is that if you are faithful, available, and teachable you can be an agent of change that the world needs today.
