We are a group of employees who are suing our employer Canada Post and Government of Canada for the harms suffered during the time we were on leave without pay. We suffered financial, mental, physiological duress. We were shunned by our employer and our peers for not divulging our personal medical statuses. For those who sought accommodation, approximately 97% of them were denied. We were also denied EI and had no source of income.
