BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

Upon written confirmation of held dates via whatsapp/email: if cancellation occurs 50% of the fee will be invoiced unless cancellation occurs with less than 30 days notice, where 100% of the fee will be invoiced.

In the highly unlikely event that I am unable to perform on an agreed date, I will provide a suitable alternative and take responsibility to do so (unless the client agrees this is not required).
