I’m Stephanie, a busy 30-something mom of two girls.
Over two years ago I decided I needed a change. My joints hurt, I was tired and hungry all the time, having horrible sleep, and I was having painful periods.
That’s when I found keto and decided to give it a try. I had no idea how many benefits I would experience but after the first few months I was a keto convert and I knew I wanted to make this a lifestyle.
My goal with my page is to give you ideas as to how to go about a low carb/keto diet with NO GIMMICKS! A whole food approach is how I role.
I also sprinkle in a heavy dose of encouragement and mindset posts because the way you think is so important on this journey!
