Cancellations:
Any cancellations or rescheduling needs to be done 24 hours before your appointment time. (Certain circumstances are understandable)

After 30 mins late ur appointment will be cancelled. Unless u have talked with me on why ur running late Please be considerate of my time and others.

Satisfaction:

Before leaving my chair and parking lot, please make sure you are satisfied with your hair. Once you leave my chair AND the parking lot, and you are unsatisfied with your hair, there is nothing I can do. By you leaving both the chair and parking lot, let’s me know you are satisfied. I will not be answering messages afterwards concerning so. After 48 hours, TOUCH UPS ARE NOT FREE!
