STEP #2: Pay your Deposit

We will invoice you and set up payment for the $104.95 deposit. The rest is due 14 days before the party. Along with your payment you will be required to read and sign your waiver & rental agreement.

Please be advised that the deposit should be made within 24-72 hours. Otherwise the invoice will be cancelled and you will have to contact us directly.

STEP #3: Booked & Planning!

Your date is reserved and guaranteed. We will discuss more details and begin working on the mockup for review and approval at least 1 week before the event.

Security Deposit

Our commercial grade soft play equipment is cleaned thoroughly before your little’s party. We also do one last wipe down at the beginning of each party. $150 damage deposit will be requested upon delivery and will be refunded if we received the equipment in the condition we left it in.

What is Soft Play?

Soft Play are specifically designed areas for babies & toddlers that can be set up indoors or outdoors and are made of soft, sturdy foam shapes. Our equipment allows your littles to safely crawl, climb, play, explore, & have endless fun!

Each package may include soft climbing structures and ball pits as well as bounce castles and soft building blocks, foam shapes, mats, and tunnels.

The equipment is designed to be easy to climb on and explore and is suitable for children up to 5 years old. Soft Play enhances gross motor skills, boosts social skills, increases creativity & communication, and strengthens physical skills.

Soft Playgrounds are suitable for birthdays and family events, providing entertainment for children while giving parents and caregivers a chance to socialize and enjoy the moment!

What are the benefits of Softplay?

Soft play creates an exciting and safe environment for littles while also stimulating their minds, encouraging cognitive development and growth, helps develope problem solving and social skills and of course helps them build strong muscles! It also enhances gross motor skills, boosts social skills, increases creativity & communication, and strengthens physical skills.

How many children can play at one time?

The number of children that can fit comfortable in a soft playground space will depend on a number of factors, including the size and layout of the soft play equipment and the ages and sizes of the children. It is important to prioritize safety and ensure there is enough space for
children to move around and play without overcrowding.

PLAY AREA: (approximately/customizable)

• A small size (~8ft X 10ft) soft play party space can typically accommodate 2-4 young children.

• A medium size (~lOft × 12 ft) soft play party space can typically accommodate 4 - 6 young children.

• A large size (~12 ft × 14 ft) soft play party space can typically accommodate 6 - 8 young children.

Do you require a deposit?

You will be required to put $100 down to book your date (+ $4.95 service fee). The remaining balance will then be due in full 2 weeks prior to your event.

In addition you will be required to pay a Security/Accidental Deposit of $150. All paid amounts are nonrefundable except the "Security/Accidental Deposit” fee which changes into your security deposit once your event occurs and will be refunded on Thursday after the equipment has been picked up and inspected for damage. Should no damage have been incurred, you will receive the $150 deposit back in full.

Can I pay a deposit on the party rental & the rest later?

Yes. We require $100 payment at the time of booking (+$4.95 service fee). This payment is put towards the total amount. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.

We are holding your items for you and are not making the items you've reserved available to other potential customers--like a vacation rental reservation.

What is your delivery cost?

Each reservation is different. Our delivery fee is a flat rate of $60, which covers a 20-mile (round trip) radius from our HQ, Woburn, MA. However, if your location falls outside of our delivery radius, we charge an additional $3/per mile, in addition to the standard fee. We reserve the right to decline service and delivery due to scheduling conflicts and logistics for out of range locations.

There may be additional fees for last-minute delivery or for holiday deliveries.

Please provide the complete address on your booking form if you would like to rent from us to get the most accurate delivery costs.

What does the delivery fee include?

The delivery fee includes delivery & installation of your rented party items, pickup and tear down after the party.

You don’t need to do anything.

How far ahead should I make my reservation?

The sooner, the better! Our busiest seasons are Spring and Summer, but families have parties at all times of the year. It's common to run out of reservations during these times. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure you can secure the package you want for your event.

Delivery, Installation, Pickup & Cleaning Fee:

All Tolls & Parking fees are the responsibility of the hiring party and due upon delivery & day of the event.

*OUTDOOR SETUPS: All outdoor events will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.

Do you deliver and set up everything?

Yes! You don't need to worry about the setup or cleanup! We’ll take care of everything for you so why not add some extra fun to your next event? We deliver, clean & setup your soft play area so you can focus on other details while in preparation for your event!

Once you complete your party, we will discuss specific delivery & pick up details.

Rules for All Outdoor Events

All outdoor events will be charged a $50 cleaning fee. All soft play set ups must be placed on a level, grass covered or paved, debris free area.

A tent or shaded area is REQUIRED as our equipment can get hot for little hands when placed under direct sunlight. Should the forecast call for rain at anytime during the event, we must set up indoors. If an indoor space is unavailable for use, we will have to reschedule.

There are no refunds for weather related issues.

We are happy to reschedule your event without charge to any future available date within the next 12 months.

Oct 1st to April 30th. Indoor events Only, the latest* pick-up will be 7:00pm.

May 1st to September 31st For outdoor^ events, pick up is 7:00pm* (May 1st to Sep 30th).

*A $75/hour fee applies for late pick-ups beyond 7:00pm, with the latest pick up time being promptly at 9:00PM no exceptions.
^No additional hours can be requested for events from Oct 1st to April 30th.

Where can a soft party play space be set up?

A soft play areas can be set up in various indoor or outdoor locations. Most common rental locations include backyards or living rooms, venues, and playrooms. It's important to ensure that the space is safe, clean, and appropriate for children to play and move around.

Can you customize our package?

Absolutely! We are happy to provide a hint of ball pit balls to match your event colors as well as animal hoppers to fit your color/or animal requests at no cost to you.

We are also able to offer you custom vinyl ie. "Palmers 1st Birthday" on our ball-pits!

How long is the rental period?

A typical rental is 4-7 hours, which includes set up and tear down. Please work with us on the best times for delivery and pick-up to ensure this works around your party time.

Pricing is based on a single-day 4-hour rental period, unless otherwise specified.

Delivery & pick-up times are scheduled at least two hours before the event start time. It is important to list your event start & end time, if additional hours are needed please include the number of hours in the comments section of your booking form.
