One way to describe psoriasis is a rollercoaster and that’s what my life has been. I have been on numerous treatments from age 12 and also applied so many steroids and lotions but results were upsetting. I wanted freedom and to be able to expose my skin to the world.
I discovered Hannah Sillitoe and medical medium and finally have some relief through diet change. Although my psoriasis hasn’t gone I feel much better knowing what I’m putting on my skin and into my body is good . Welcome, to my journey.
