Well… You’re probably wondering a little bit about me? I am a wife, a Christian, I have a beautiful adult daughter, and I am an animal lover. I have spent the last 7+ years getting involved in health and wellness due to my own health conditions and have evolved as well.

I am happiest when I am helping others. I have been through a lot in my life but I refuse to sink. I decided one day that I was Enough and I want that for you too 💕
