Influenced by personal and professional experiences, their work also explores normativity and the gendering of parental roles and responsibilities. Highlighting struggle, joy and rage: the weight of pregnancy, birth and parenting under capitalism and patriarchy.
Bridget sells their artwork, accepts commissions, designs and manages websites, and runs a creative journaling group for LGBTQIA+ parents and caregivers.
