Effects : Video Effects : Basic : Blur
*Export*
(On the same project)* Remove the filter and effect*
Overlay : Add Overlay : *click on the video you just exported* : Add
*Adjust the Overlay to fit the whole screen*
Splice : Slide : *move the circle until the number says 85*
*Export (for an image, screenshot or export then screenshot)*
