Hi! I’m Rachel. If you are here, you are either looking for a doula, wanting to know more about birth or breastfeeding, or curious as to what in the world a doula is. I hope I can answer those questions for you.

I’m a birth doula located in SW Florida. I do in-person and virtual support. I support mothers in hospitals, birthing centers, or their homes. I support mothers who are wanting unmedicated, medicated, or cesarean births.

My goal is for you to feel empowered, encouraged, and educated throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Doulas can make an amazing addition to your birth team. A doula may not be for everyone. I may not be the doula for you. I always have an “interview” with every potential mother that reaches out to me. We may not be the perfect fit for each other. Your birth team is sacred. You want to have complete trust in everyone you allow into that space. I also want to make sure that I feel like I can serve all of my clients to the best of my ability.
