I’M SO HAPPY YOU’RE HERE

Let’s get to know each other

Hi friends! Welcome to all things Rachel. Where I share my heart and what makes me passionate. This is a place where you can let your hair down and just BE REAL. About it all.

First and foremost, I am a born again Believer, saved by Grace and in love with my Savior Jesus Christ. I believe in the One True God who is perfectly holy and good. He created the whole world. When Adam & Eve first sinned, it cursed all of humanity into sin. God cannot be in the presence of sin, so we had a problem. But God sent His One and only Son Jesus Christ to take the penalty of our sins upon Himself and to die on the cross in our place. As he carried the weight of our sins, He died, and then He rose again conquering death in our place. Whoever believes in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus will be saved.
This is the number one thing I need everyone to know. If you have never heard this before, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to share Jesus with you.

I’m wife to Levi, my polar opposite and my strong and steady. He owns his own construction business and is a farmer. He’s also the hardest working man I know. We live on an acreage outside of town in Rural Iowa.

I lived in Lima, Peru for a year, so I speak fluent Spanish. Ever since I was a child I was enthralled with the language, and you can find me talking Spanish any chance I can get.
I own my own business called “RE Spanish Services.” In my business I contract out for translating and Interpreting, as well as teach Spanish one on one or to small groups.
I also take regular mission trips to the beautiful country of Guatemala, so you could call me a part-time missionary. I go 3-4 times a year roughly to do ministry in churches—I absolutely love the people and the culture.

On top of my Spanish business endeavors I also Coach Soccer. I played center defense/sweeper in college, and I enjoy taking my love of the beautiful game and instilling it in other kids!

Lastly, I work 2 days a week at my church as their Ministry Assistant, and my husband and I are youth leaders! I love being involved in my church and I LOVE my church family.

Oh and I can’t forget to mention my love of lifting weights, homesteading, holistic health,
and healthy eating/living!

I am an introverted extrovert. I love people, but I also need time to rest and regroup before seeing more people LOL. I love sharing truths about all kinds of different topics in my life and being real and honest about it all. Hopefully this is a place where you feel you can let loose and laugh a time or two, but also receive value.

I can’t wait to get to know you more and grow together. And fair warning, if we ever meet in person, I’m a hugger!

RE Spanish Services

Need an interpreter? Need some documents translated? Or do you want to learn some Spanish? You’ve come to the right place!

Soccer Coach

Often times the things that scare you the most, are what you want to do the most.

Y’all I was terrified to become a coach. I knew the sport, played the sport, and loved the sport, but coaching?
Downright frightening.
But I did it anyway. And I’ve been loving it ever since.

Have you ever been on a Missions Trip?

Would you be interested in Guatemala?

Are you a born-again believer who loves the Lord and Wants to see others get saved and grow in their relationship with Christ?
I am always looking for people to come on my yearly trips!
I go through a Missionary named Edwin Martinez. He organizes the trips and the details, and I put together a team (or join a current team he has planned).
We do everything from medical missions to kids and women’s ministry to music ministry.
If it is your desire to see the gospel go forth and be apart of what God is doing in Guatemala, please send me a message! I’d love to connect and see if He would desire you to come along!

Interested in sponsoring a child at an orphanage in Guatemala?

Get consistent letters, opportunities to meet and spend a week with them, and I can bring them gifts from you whenever I go visit!
