Knowing better starts with education. It’s important to inform yourself about what you eat, wear and use on your body. After all, what goes on is just as important as what goes in. For example - did you know that Canada bans 500 ingredients from personal care products, the US bans only 30 and the EU bans over 1400?

Doing better starts by taking the next step. Maybe this means buying a few local & organic items for your next grocery shop, maybe this means saving up for an ethically sourced clothing item instead of a fast one. For me, right now this means treating my skin (our largest organ) well with thoughtfully created products gentle on the skin and on the planet.
