I've been where you are now. As a mom of four, I was unhappy with my health and body, confused and tired of fad diets, no time or plan to take care of myself, and mostly clueless about where to start.
But I knew that it doesn't have to be like that.
Fast forward a few years - I decided to use my experience and skills as an educator and my passion for healthy eating to become a certified nutrition coach.
