Current Workout Split

I am new to the gym/working out, but here is what I currently try to do each week. @Ptwithally on TikTok has the BEST workout routines.

It's hard to eat right and get into a habit of working out when you do regular work all day, every day. I try to stick to this plan, but there's many times I slip up/get off track!

I usually eat what I want diet wise when I work out consistently to be honest. When I am not able to really follow my exercise routine, I try to eat a bit healthier/cleaner to make up for this.

Monday- Glutes/Hammies (Deadlift Type Movements)

Tuesday- Shoulder/Chest Focused Upper Body

Wednesday- Quads (Squat Type Movements)

Thursday- Back Focused Upper Body

Friday- Full Lower Body (Hip Thrust Type Movements)

Everyday Practices

To me, practicing mindfulness, whether or not you add a spiritual element to it like I do, should be a conscious effort. The rituals you practice don't need to be rigid, however, or even similar to how others move along in their journey. Even if you use other resources as a guide to figure out where to start, do what feels right to you. Follow your intuition and be open minded!
