It's hard to eat right and get into a habit of working out when you do regular work all day, every day. I try to stick to this plan, but there's many times I slip up/get off track!
I usually eat what I want diet wise when I work out consistently to be honest. When I am not able to really follow my exercise routine, I try to eat a bit healthier/cleaner to make up for this.
Monday- Glutes/Hammies (Deadlift Type Movements)
Tuesday- Shoulder/Chest Focused Upper Body
Wednesday- Quads (Squat Type Movements)
Thursday- Back Focused Upper Body
Friday- Full Lower Body (Hip Thrust Type Movements)

This is my favorite ~expensive~ place to eat. It's a trendy Asian fusion spot in Shadyside, and it has some of the best food and drinks. I always get the Chirashi bowl when I can't make up my mind.
