One of my top priorities for opening my own space was to create a kick-ass community of like-minded entrepreneurs. I whole-heartedly believe in Community > Competition. With extra space around the studio, I hope to give others a space that feels like home to help grow their businesses!

In the sunlight-flooded front room of my space, I have a glam station set up for makeup artists with all of the studio perks, too!
• keyless buzzer system to let clients in via your smartphone
• break room with nespressso machine, microwave, & refrigerator
• fully-stocked bathroom (makeup wipes, etc.)
• wifi access + sonos sound system
• lots of plants + good vibes!

It’s the perfect space for creating content, too! All I ask is that you leave the space as pretty as you found it! You’ll have access to the cleaning closet and whatever cleaning supplies you might need.

If it is your first time renting, please note that I require a 15 minute in-person orientation at the space before your first rental day to make sure you're set up for success and you have everything you need! I will reach out to you to schedule this.

Full Day: $75 (It’s all yours!)
Half-Day: $35 (4 Hours)
