Born and raised in a family of food enthusiasts, Chef Rae’s passion for cooking ignited at a young age. After graduating from the Maryland FoodWorks culinary program as valedictorian, she embarked on a journey to explore diverse culinary traditions, enriching her culinary repertoire along the way.

Catering Services

HOW TO BOOK CATERING SERVICES:

1.Choose type of service:
📣Pick up Catering: Client picks up food from off-site location. No set up or serving.
📣Drop-off Catering: With drop-off catering, the food is prepared off-site and delivered to the event location. Disposable serving ware and utensils. Set up and serving is up to the host or event coordinator. Fee for drop off service.
📣Buffet Catering: Buffet catering involves setting up food stations where guests can serve themselves. This type of service offers a variety of options and allows guests to choose what they want to eat. Buffet catering can be more cost-effective than plated meals and offers a more casual dining experience.
📣Plated/Seated Dinner Catering: In plated or seated dinner catering, guests are served individual courses at their tables. This type of service is more formal and often requires additional staffing to serve and clear dishes.

2.Lookout for email communication from reginestx@gmail.com in addition to your estimate for services, as we will be getting back to you within 24 hours of submitting your form.

3.Once you accept your estimate, you will automatically receive an invoice to your email allowing you to submit your deposit (half payment) securing your date and time. Remaining balance is due 1 month prior to event date and will be charged to the card on file.

4.We do not hold dates so please submit deposit once invoice has been received.

*All Catering orders are subject to a 6% MD Sales Tax and 10% Service Fee

*Order 72 hrs. in advance for all events except weddings.
*Weddings 6-9 months notice

*Half tray feeds 10-12 people
*Full tray feeds 20-25 people
