Hi friends! My name is Raychel Espiritu. I help people return to self. My services help others focus on how NOT to chase those dopamine spikes. I do this through the healing modalities of:

I facilitate individual and group experiences by incorporating modalities centered in meditation, mindfulness, and movement in my teaching and healing practices.

I utilize Tarot and Oracle cards as divination tools for helping people understand their life paths, challenges, and experiences through the lens of spirituality.

I utilize Reiki energy medicine as a way to help people improve their moods, relieve stress, reduce pain, reduce anxiety, and increase their energy.

I utilize Shadow Work as a way to heal wounds and the inner child.

Sessions with me include all these modalities and techniques, and together we can co-create a unique healing experience for your personal wellbeing.

Healing with sound is the most ancient and natural form of healing. Studies have shown that practicing meditation can help reduce stress and anxiety. 🕉
