2025 Updated Guidelines & Policies

- deposit due on all websites is 50% (unless different amount is agreed on between RDP & client)

- deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time frame (no exceptions)

- website projects can be paid in full for a discounted rate (will be provided at time)

- If client chooses to pay in full and cancel their project only 35% is refundable (client must cancel within 24 hours of booking, after time period, 0% is refundable due to client cancellation. Money paid will be applied as a credit for a later date, price is no longer guaranteed and balance will be applied towards any new amount owed on any other project.)

- payment is due up front for all other services that are not website projects

- turn around time can vary based on client and RDP, as well as any life events or things that may occur. Client understands by paying for the service that delays can happen

- prices and quotes are never guaranteed, pricing can change at any moment. Only way to secure a price / quote is by securing with a deposit or payment.

- all website bookings come with initial zoom/phone call, unlimited texting or calling during project + one final phone call/zoom for 40 min. If time is needed after or more zoom calls are needed, client will be charged $35 per hour needed

- everything is first come first serve, no exceptions.

- any trades of services are considered form of payment towards one of our services and will be treated as such. If you cancel your project for any reason, the same refund policy applies. No refund unless cancelled within 24 hours of booking. We will turn and pay for our end in the trade, if we choose to keep using your service. Trade value will sit on customers account until used. Certain exceptions apply if we choose to do so.
