WHO AM I?

Proud dog-mama, daughter, sister, friend, therapist & coach

Abri is a Marriage and Family Therapist, Mindset Coach & Yoga Teacher. Being a part of her background, she found it necessary to incorporate somatic practices in conjunction with her clinical work having the most impactful changes with those struggling with trauma. She currently works with active duty military members, veterans, and their families. Not only through her professional experience but also through her personal experiences, she grew a passion for trauma-based work, including complex trauma and PTSD. In her work, she believed in the importance of reconnecting the mind, body, and spirit through her clinical experience while incorporating practices of mindfulness, meditation and breath work to integrate the conscious mind and unconscious mind, ultimately re-connecting the self.

During her internship at North County Lifeline in 2021, Abri thrived working with the at-risk community and learned to work under pressure and meet deadlines with short-term programs while continuing to provide high-quality services and over-delivering in her specialty. After only 8 months as a Clinical Intern, she received an award for Best North County Lifeline Volunteer. She has continued to pursue her passion as a clinician and makes it a priority to keep up with updated research to stay trauma-informed.

Abri enjoys applying her clinical experiences to her coaching sessions and can bring different modalities that best fit the individual. Abri is dedicated to helping her clients realign their thought processes to better serve them and their overall quality of life.
