Step 1:
ultralight:click on the triangle
clarity:+10
sharpen:-10

Step 2:
CapCut
Go to filters click retro
Click VHSIII adjust:
Contrast:-50
saturation:+12
Exposure:-50

Step 3:CapCut
Go to effects
you can stay in the section
Trending or go to the bling
Click star 1 adjust:
Size:32
number:50
