RefShout is an Anti-Abuse Campaign created by Referees for Referees. We encourage everyone involved in a football setting from grassroots to the professional game to stand up to abuse against officials and report it.

We stand by our campaign slogan:
Hear It, Experience It, Report It.

- If you hear abuse against officials - Report It.
- If you experience abuse against yourself or your fellow official - Report It.

And if you report it, you have done your part in order to stamp out abuse and sanction those who are guilty.
