Helen is a certified Reiki Crystal Master & Reiki Animal Practitioner, certified by the International Reiki Organization as well as the National Certification Board for the Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork based, in the New York Dutches county area.

During Helen's Journey as a reiki practitioner, Helen has been fortunate to have worked with clients from all parts of the world. Helen's reiki sessions have helped clients  with cancer, pain relief, anxiety & depression, kids with ADHD as well as working with animals.
