A nature-inspired art form which has its origins in Japan is a decorative moss ball on which an ornamental plant grows. Koke meaning “moss” and dama meaning “ball” can be either hanging or placed on a shelf. They are a stylish way to ‘bring the outside in’ and have a life span of 1-2 years before needing a re wrap which you will learn the skills to do this yourself in our workshop.

Run by Teneille from Entwining Kokedamas our hands-on workshop will provide you with all the materials and guidance to make your very own Kokedama which you will be able to take home at the end of the class! Remote Society is excited to bring this Chakra Balance Sound Meditation workshop to the Wheatbelt.

Sound healing is the process in which a practitioner uses music- including the emotional, psychological, spiritual, physical, social, mental, and superficial - to improve the health of their patient.

Sound healing therapy improves many facets of the patient’s life, including emotional and social development, cognitive and motor functioning, and psychological and psychiatric health.

This workshop is a proud partnership with Life Force Harmony who has 20+ years of knowledge and practice in Reiki Master Sound Therapy and Crystal and Metaphysic practice. Together with the Sound Meditation, you will learn the basics of Chakra Balancing, with your very own take home Chakra Crystals and Cards.

Workshop includes:

- Group smudging on arrival
- Learning the basics of the Chakra's, where they are located, the colours and crystals, emotions and body parts that relate to them

Learn how to marble, colour mix, layer and press clay to make beautiful creations! You will also learn construction and finishing techniques to guarantee compliments every-single time you wear them!

Acrylic Grazing Boards and Mimosas

Acrylic pouring is a painting technique where acrylic paint is mixed with a pouring medium and then poured onto a surface.

For this workshop, the surface is your very own take home Grazing Board!!

Enjoy a morning of experimenting with many different colours, learn how to tilt your boards in the desired direction to allow the paint flow, just to your liking- all whilst sipping champagne and meeting new people.
