My purpose is to help others physically, mentally & feeling confident in their own skin!
My growth mindset has helped me overcome challenging times along with my self-care habits.
My favorite habit is dancing! This makes my soul the happiest! I have been dancing for 20+ years & teaching in between those years.
I earned my bachelors degree in Kinesiology.
My goal in life is to combine my passion of dance & helping others with their Resilience!
