RETREAT was born out of a passion for helping my clients manage their aches & pains paired with a desire to create a space where they could rest, recharge, and go back to their day to day lives feeling rejuvenated.

My business has grown and evolved extensively since my massage therapy career began in 2012 and I love it more with each year that passes.
