I am the owner of and artist behind Revel in Artistry. Art has always been my passion, from designing my own jewelry to graduating from Culinary School with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. I have years of experience as the Pastry Chef for high-end San Diego restaurants, have taught culinary classes, and am currently the Cake Artist and Sales Consultant for a local restaurant and catering company. 

I have embraced the fact that art can be expressed in several forms, from jewelry to pastry to tattoos. One constant I have always relied upon is the joy that art brings me when I can channel my creativity into celebrating people and those moments that are special to them.

▪️ $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment via Zelle or Venmo. The amount will be applied to your total. Remainder of balance due day of your session.

▪️Cannot have any transmittable blood conditions such as: HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, & etc.
▪️Cannot be on Accutane.
▪️Cannot be on Retin-A, Retinol, Fish oil, or any types of blood thinners ONE WEEK before getting a service done.
▪️No acne, blisters, rashes, bruises, scars, or any other types of undiagnosed open wounds on the procedure area.
▪️Cannot be on any skin medication such as steroids - which causes the skin to become more sensitive during the procedure.
▪️Cannot have eczema or psoriasis on the procedure area.
▪️No active skin cancer on the area.
▪️Anyone who has anxiety or on anxiety medication.
▪️Anyone who had experience seizures and are on medication for it.
▪️Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must consult with your physician before booking an appointment.
▪️Cannot be allergic to pigmentation, makeup, epinephrine, and lidocaine.
▪️Anyone who had prior experience with inflammatory hyper-pigmentation.
▪️Anyone with healing disorders.
▪️If you've had any surgical procedures such as: blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, eye surgery, eye lift, and etc done on the face area, please wait THREE MONTHS to fully heal before getting another procedure done.
▪️Cannot be under the influence of drugs & alcohol. Do not consume any alcohol beverages, medication, or caffeine 12 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in excessive bruising, swelling & bleeding during and after the procedure. May result in loss of pigmentation after healing. Pre-care and aftercare instructions must be followed very carefully.

WHAT IS IT?
Ombré Powdered Brows is a semi-permanent make-up technique where a rotary machine with a micro-needle is being used to implement pixels of pigment onto the surface of the skin. It is considered less invasive than a permanent tattoo and does not cause any keloid scarring. Once healed, it’s waterproof, smudge-proof, and gives a softer and diffused brow. The procedure is suitable for most skin types and those with full or no hair.

HOW WILL YOU DETERMINE THE BEST SHAPE AND COLOR?
The Golden Ratio Method is used to create the the almost perfect brow shape to frame your face. Shaping of the brow goes according to one's bone structure and existing hair growth. The color is carefully chosen to match the natural hair color and undertone of skin.

IS THE PROCEDURE PAINFUL?
The entire procedure is mildly painful to none. A topical anesthetic is applied to minimize any discomfort during the session. Some clients may experience some soreness in the brow area. Any redness or swelling will subside within a few hours.

ARE THE INKS SAFE?
Yes, pigments used are vegan certified. They are also water based, which do not contain metals that can turn your brows into a blue or green color.

HOW LONG DOES IT TO HEAL?
Healing time varies per person, but can range 10-14 days. Brows will get 20-30% lighter once healed and can last up to 3 years. Color retention is dependent on aftercare, skin type, lifestyle, and immune system.

DOES IT FADE?
A complimentary touch-up appointment is recommended within 8 weeks to perfect any areas that may not have held the pigment as well. A color boost is suggested after 1+ years. Aftercare instructions will be provided after each session.
