Prior to having kids Rhiannon struggled with her weight and lost 50 lbs to which she has kept off for more than a decade.

Between her daughter being born missing part of her immune system, and her son’s negative behavioral response to foods Rhiannon has spent years researching natural wellness methods to help her family live clean.

As a former science teacher she knows the importance of helping the body run optimally. It wasn't until her daughter experienced chronic illness she left the classroom to educate others on the importance of natural living and balancing the body.
