I specialize in weight loss as I have been able to successfully lose a total of 78lbs with my creative method of combining cardio, high intensity interval training, and a healthy diet. Toning and maintaining a healthy weight is another area of expertise and where I currently am in my own fitness journey.
I’m very excited to share that I now offer dance classes at Self Made Training Facility in West Covina, open to all levels.
