RICETTA’S SERVICE UPDATE

Our dining rooms are now open at both locations! Our curbside pick-up and delivery services continue as is. Tables fill up fast so we strongly suggest you reserve your table through our online reservation portal.

The health and safety of our guests and team members is our priority. We have invested in several new technologies and safety precautions to help us continue to provide great food and service in a clean, safe, and friendly environment. As we welcome you back to dine with us, we remain committed to this promise. But we need your help.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT OF US
CDC RECOMMENDATIONS. We are following all CDC recommendations and protocols for safe handling and service and then some. Most of the CDC guidelines set forth were already part of or normal daily routines prior to the epidemic, so implementing the rest was relatively easy for us.

HEALTHY TEAM MEMBERS. All team members are required to monitor their health and not to report to work if they are feeling ill or have any of the symptoms of infection. We are doing wellness checks daily.

CLEAN RESTAURANTS. We are taking extra care to ensure all high touch points are cleaned on a regular basis – All tables are sanitized between visitors. Laminated menus are sanitized after each use.

SOCIAL DISTANCING. We have taken great care to ensure 6ft of clearance between tables and clear walkways.

INVESTING IN TECHNOLOGY. We have invested in many new technologies to limit contact and improve efficiencies and service standards. These include a new online ordering system for takeout and delivery, a new online reservation system to control the flow of our guests and capture contact tracing information, a curbside text system to provide to improve communications upon ordering and pick up, a contactless payment system for our dining customers – simply scan the QR code on the bottom of your check and you can pay securely with your phone and go.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT. Masks and/or face shields on all employees. We have added some barriers throughout both restaurants to protect our customers and staff alike.

FREQUENT HANDWASHING. Gloves will be used where required, however, frequent handwashing is the best prevention for possible contact spread. Sanitizer stations are available at all entrances for our guests and throughout the restaurant for our staff in between handwashing.

SINGLE USE. All condiments will be provided in single use packaging. Although we are providing service using our normal tableware, we have supplies for single use plates, utensils and glassware should you so choose. Just let your server know.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
IN OUR RESTAURANTS. We ask that all of our customers maintain social distancing wherever possible. Wear a mask when entering the restaurant and anytime you are out of your seat. We have spares if you forgot yours – No mask No service – Its the law and we’re here to serve you; not debate politics. We make food, not the law. Our goal is to make your visit a safe and pleasant one!
FEELING ILL – STAY HOME. If you’re not feeling well, please visit us another time.

ONLINE ORDERING. We ask those using our curbside or delivery to order and pay online through our new online ordering platform. It’s easy, convenient and efficient. You can create a profile and save your favorite orders for future quick and easy checkouts. With the huge increase in take home and delivery services, this allows us to reduce phone time and concentrate on delivering your orders in a much more efficient manner!

ONLINE RESERVATIONS. Although not required, we have links above for you to make reservations at either location. We highly encourage making reservations in advance to avoid congestion and efficiently allow us to serve you better.

UP & GO PAYMENTS. To limit contact with your server, please use our contactless payment system. Simply scan the QR code and pay securely online with you mobile device.
