From struggling to thriving

✨ Let me tell you about my weight loss story then 😉.

✨ When I stepped into this journey, that first photo held a glimpse of unhappiness and embarrassment. I was adamant I would never share it. The mirror reflected a stranger, someone I neither recognized nor liked.

✨ Remembering Jim Rohn's words, "for things to change, you have to change," I felt lost on where to begin. Then, a chance encounter introduced me to a pivotal person who guided my weight loss journey.

✨ This person coached me through the challenge and within days my skin improved, my body fat dropped by 3%, and my waist slimmed. I visibly had less cellulite.
Online, I found inspiration in others' before-and-after stories – a motivation to pursue my own transformation.

✨ Altogether I lost 18kg and felt amazing. I had to share the secret.

✨ As an actor I knew that the power of storytelling could inspire other people but I could not have imagined that my own struggle and journey could have guided others on a quest of wellness and wellbeing. The satisfaction that comes from knowing that my experiences can inspire others became the driving force to propel me to change career.

Hey, you found me ☺️

✨ I’m Amale and I have spent the best part of my life explaining that my name is pronounced Amel 😂

🌱 I am a Health and Wellness Coach and the founder of Richmond Nutrition.

🇫🇷 I was born and raised in a charming little town in rural France and then moved to Paris to study English at La Sorbonne University.

✨ Soon after I decided to trade books & baguettes for Big Ben and British tea and moved to London 🇬🇧.

✨ After a career blend of Acting, Real Estate and Finance. I took a scenic detour and have spent the last couple of years journeying from Finance to flourishing in Wellness.

🦋 Still with me ? Ok, so…

✨ In 2020, I faced my own weight struggles and ended up being the biggest size I had ever been.

💫 I made many mistakes along the way, one of them being overtraining and not looking at my nutrition. I was overeating and undernourished.

✨ But I turned it around with a lifestyle shift, shedding 18kg.

✨ Learning about Health, Nutrition and Fitness became a passion and as a result, I have had the privilege to help others change their body, mindset and their lives.

✨ I am excited to open a breakfast club in Richmond 🦌 where I will be able to impact the local community positively.

✨ My mission is to help and support people with their health and wellness goals. I am doing this by creating a safe environment built around a community where people can come together and support each other.
