Welcome to RIPPLE, where waves are being created!

Meet the children of Kampala, Uganda, Wakiso district

Their names are Mayanja, Nakanyike, Timaya, Adira, Maseruka, Amina, Asadu and Sekanjako. Their ages ranging from 2 -15 years of age and for most, they have been on the streets of Uganda since as young as 2 - 3yrs of age. They do not attend school, some have no living parents and they are all often written off by some as mere "Street Kids".

Their only caregiver, Kinene, grew up a street kid of his own. After loosing his own mother at 3yrs and father by 7yrs, Kinene was thrust into a world of street life on the Ugandan streets. After struggling for years and finally learning to survive the streets, Kinene now 25, helps to care for the other street Kids in his district and is determined to not let them struggle like he did.

Since meeting Kinene and the other children, Ripple has been able to provide FOOD SHOES BOOKS BIBLES and MOST IMPORTANTLY, relief and hope for their young minds. But my vision is to be able to do SO MUCH MORE!!

All of the aid we've been able to provide, has been personally funded or donated by others who believe in my vision. WITH YOUR HELP we would be able to meet their basic needs, in a daily basis and assist with funding for: tuition for books and basic schooling, providing fresh water, housing/living upgrades, and SO MUCH MORE

With the funds donated thus far, we've been able to get Kinene started with an online course through HarvardX and his own laptop, on which to take the course‼️

With this course Kinene will learn how to better care for himself and the children in his district of Wakiso🙌🏾

Thank you for those who've already helped, but there's still so much left to do! We are next working to get the younger kids started with online learning, so they can expand their beautiful young minds also😇So PLEASE🙏🏾 keep throwing your pebbles in, big or small, everything causes a RIPPLE 🌊
