Hey friends! I’m so happy you are here✨I was born and raised in Tokyo and spent some time in California. After working in an advertising agency in Tokyo, I lived the dream as a cabin crew in Singapore for 4 years. Now, I am a WSET3-certified wine expert and a content creator, making videos to help women improve personal development and fulfill their life purpose.

Passionate about running, I was an official running ambassador 2018 in Japan and Nike Run Club pacer and supported thousands of runners at marathons. I founded my own Tokyo-based running club, LOL Run Crew in 2019.

My latest passion is content creation. I have helped over 100 global brands grow by supporting their digital content strategies. I’m also a digital portrait illustrator!
