Changing the way our community eats one meal at a time..

Chef Eddy Gomez , comes from a humble background. As a adolescent Eddy spent most of his time learning how to play musical instruments and c

ooking. Great food was always the focus point in his house hold. His mother and grandmother showed love through cooking. He quickly adopted their essence of basic Technique and pairing of ingredients. He quickly started out with chores in the kitchen and soon developed love for the kitchen. He was inspired by how food can tell a story and convey cultural ideas, as well has how it brings people together.

He currently owns and operates his first restaurant in The Arts District Dtla. Eddy studied at Le Cordon bleu in 2003. He believes in making change through his execution of food and connection with his guest and employees.
